What is the Channel/Department?

Ø Agency is a critical Sales Channel, which leverages distribution ofinsurance products through individual Agency model.
Ø It aimed for developing a group of highly productive and skilled frontline sales employees.
Ø The objective of agency channel is to create a strong and sustainabledistribution model through existing and new Financial Consultants (referred asAgent in other insurance companies).
Ø We have high growth plans for the channel where you can be the part ofsuccess story.


Ø The key responsibility of this role is to build a high performingdistribution network of Financial Consultants and enable them to sell lifeinsurance policies.
Ø Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training programfocused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channelmanagement.
Ø After the successful completion of training you will be required to meetyour sales target by recruiting, training, managing and driving a team offinancial consultants.
Ø This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assignedgeography and financial Consultant/customer’s location. You will be required tobe in the market to meet customer/client, sometimes on Sundays as well (as andwhen required).
Ø You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to build a strongdistribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets (No. ofactive, successful Financial Consultants, distribution build up and overallpremium targets met through Financial Consultant and through your own leads).You will be required to meet product mix targets specified as perorganizations’ strategy.
Ø You are required to support Financial Consultant on pre and post sales(claim settlement etc.).
Ø You are required to focus on quality of business and persistency(renewals of premium).
Ø Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team ofFinancial Consultants.
