Must have 10-5 years of overall experience.
Must have 3-5 years of SAP Security and/or GRC implementation and Production support experience, with a good understanding of SAP Basis.
Experience working with SAP GRC 10.0 and Above.
Experience with system monitoring, background job administration, spool administration.
Working knowledge of SoD (segregation of duties) analysis, HCM Security/Structural authorization, sensitive transactions analysis, SAP development (includes ABAP), SAP modules, Transport System, Basis Component, (Web Application Server or WAS), NetWeaver, SAP-GUI.
Strong knowledge in provisioning to SAP LDAP and SAP Enterprise Portal platforms for ABAP Roles, UME Roles, and Portal Roles/Groups.
Experience with workflow functionality in SAP GRC Access Request Management.
Experience with configuration of new roles within SAP GRC Business Role Management.
Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
