Job Responsibilities :
· Leadwill be provided.
· Salespersonnel is provided with a portfolio of existing customers.
· Thesales personnel then get in touch with the customers & helps to resolve anyservice related queries and tries to UpSell to these customers.
· In thismodel the appointment generation is done by the sales personnel himself.
·Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings arrange camps
· Reportswriting providing feedback to head of department
·Managing product mix, persistency, Lead Conversion 100% etc.
· Managingaccurate maintenance & updating database.
·Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis.
Age Limit: – 21 to 38 years
Minimum Experience: 3 + Years of BFSI experience
Local Stability: – 6 months
Stability with Last Employer: – Minimum 6 months
