JobResponsibilities:
Lead will be givenby Branch.
Sales personnel isprovided with a portfolio of existing customers.
The salespersonnel then get in touch with the customers & helps to resolve anyservice related queries and tries to Up Sell to these customers.
In this model theappointment generation is done by the sales personnel himself.
Following up newbusiness opportunities and setting up meetings arrange camps
Reports writingproviding feedback to head of department
Managing productmix, persistence, Lead Conversion 100% etc.
Managing accuratemaintenance & updating database.
Achieving goalsheet & contest achievement on weekly basis.
