- Age: 24 to 35 years
- Experience: Min.2 Years of experience as Sales / Marketing (Relieving Letter / Resignation acceptance mail mandatory)

- Sourcing business to active them to grow their career.
- Motivating and servicing existing agents to develop their business.
- All new agents to issue portal issuable policies through portal.
- Continuous training to be arranged to increase the productivity of the IMD.
