Minimum 1 year of Insurance Sales Experience (1st preference to Direct sales experience, 2nd preference to bancassurance but earlier worked in Direct Sales). If the candidate has 1+ years of experience, stability will be thoroughly checked and will play an important role for his selection.
Role in Brief:
The candidate would be provided leads to reach out to existing customers and understand their requirement, pitch & sell them the financial products which we have to offer.
100% of the leads would be provided by the branch. He/she would be responsible to call customers, check their availability and would have to travel to their respective homes to explain the policy, collect documents and issue a policy.
Candidates should be ok with field sales.
