Position: – CSO (Customer Sales Officer)

Channel: – SPARC – Service Points As a Revenue Channel

Payroll: – Company payroll

Salary: – Rs 3.5 Lacs Per Annum + Incentives

Incentives: – There is no capping on earning incentive

 ● Job Summary: –

This position will be responsible for existing company customer service, retention and sales to existing  Life customers throughrelationship building. All leads of existing customers of company will beprovided.

● Key Responsibilities: –

● (A) Cross Sell / Up Sell

·   Work on every lead of existing customer of company allocated from HO team

·   Identify financialgoals of existing Life customers and provide financial planning assistance

·   Pitch products asper need of the customer

·   Convert leads intonew sale

● (B) Customer Service/Retention through RelationshipManagement

·   Establishing andstrengthening relationship with allocated customer base

·   Collection of duepremium from customers

·   Collection ofadditional document requirement related to reinstatement

·   Generate interestof the customer to buy another product post providing proper service

 ● DesiredQualification and Experience: –

·   Graduate in anyfield mandatory

·   Must have a minimumof 1 years Sales experience in Life Insurance/Banca/Agency/Direct/MutualFunds/Assets Management
