CTC = 2.55 L/A + 40 k Bonus + Incentives

Criteria :
Age : 21 – 35 Years Education : GraduationExperience : 1 to 2 years in BFSI sales Bike Compulsory Good CommunicationSkills Job Responsibilities :
100% Lead Provided by branch
Sales personnel is provided with a portfolioof existing customers.
The sales personnel then get in touch withthe customers & helps to resolve any service related queries and tries toUpSell to these customers.
In this model the appointment generation isdone by the sales personnel himself.
Following up new business opportunities andsetting up meetings arrange camps
Reports writing providing feedback to headof department
Managing product mix, persistence, LeadConversion 100% etc.
Managing accurate maintenance & updatingdatabase.
Achieving goal sheet & contestachievement on weekly basis.
Interview Process =
1) Screening Resume by HR
2) Eligible Candidates received feedback forF2F Interview/Test
3) If Interview/Test Pass then Documentation
4) Offer Generation
5) Joining
