  • Job Description:
  • Around 5 years of SAP experience in time management, payroll and OM&PA, Benefits modules.
    §Involved in Blueprint designing, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live and support Phases in SAP.
    §Involved in SAP HR Mini Master for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise Implementation projects
    §Comprehensive knowledge of all Payroll and Time Management Schemas & rules and good experience in CATS.
    §Good experience on different Time recording methods and Practical experience in integration SAP HR Time management with other time recording systems.
    §Extensive work with HR Mini Master.
    §Good understanding in configuring and administering Employee self-service (ESS), MSS.
    §Implementations including ESS/MSS and PCR (Personnel change request) Management
    §Worked on the Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules.
    §Significant HR testing experience – Integration Testing, Unit Testing, Parallel Testing, User Acceptance Testing, writing Test Scripts, Test cases and used eCATT for testing external tools.
    §Time Evaluation setups, interpreting IT0050 and IT0007. Pair Formation using RPTIME00 Driver, Formatting Results of Time Evaluation, and Rule Processing.
    Project Duties and Responsibilities
    §Ability in the design of the functional requirements for the interface extraction and cross functional integration as required in the SAP HCM area.
    §Worked with time entry, time cards and time recording processes.
    §Fair understanding of other HR Systems like PeopleSoft, Kronos and some Mainframe Systems.
    §Interact with the ABAP development team by preparing functional specifications required and delivering them using the functional design documentation (FDD).
    §Would be aware of the SAP Activate methodology in use for the SAP S/4HANA projects.
    §Use SAP Migration Cockpit to migrate HCM data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA Systems.
    §Responsible for interacting with business partners to identify information needs and business requirements for reports.
